At Kindness In Motion, it is our passion to make giving and receiving gifts a wonderful and joyful experience. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange, store credit, or refund when applicable.
- All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be processed. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number won't be processed and won't qualify for exchanges, store credit, or refunds. No exceptions.
- To return an item, please email customer service at info@kim-us.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Personalized items are final sale and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition to qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund, and must be returned in its original packaging.
- All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) business days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange with no exceptions.
- All returns postmarked between fifteen (15) and twenty (20) business days of the purchase date won't qualify for a refund, or an exchange, these returns will qualify for store credit only.
- Items returned and postmarked twenty-one (21) business days or later of the purchased day won't be processed and do not qualify for exchanges, store credit, or refunds, even if an RMA number was provided prior to the twenty (20) days of the purchased day, no exception.
- Please note, the purchaser ("you") will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your return.
We will process your exchange, store credit, or refund after receiving your returned items and inspecting their condition. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
